Project Overviews

CRM Consulting was contracted to assist with designing and implementing a new structure for the organization’s global sales teams.  CRM collaborated to design the team structure and developed the project plan and timeline for roll-out of the new structure.  CRM also drafted job descriptions for the new positions and created a parallel performance management program, including the forms and process for regular reviews. 

CRM Consulting was hired to facilitate a strategic planning session for the organization.  This included a two day on-site session with the President, Vice President, Marketing Director and Lead Programmer.  CRM developed content for a company-specific Balanced Scorecard and created individual work plans for new employees.  Suggestions for employee development and structure were also provided.

CRM Consulting was contracted by the owners of the franchise to recruit and hire for all restaurant positions, including management and crew.  CRM designed all local recruitment ads and postings and drafted job descriptions for open positions.  In addition, CRM conducted all resume reviews, reference checks and initial interviews for management positions.  CRM also designed performance management forms and processes for use at the restaurant.
