 In 1985, Mr. Turner set out on his own and has since been a partner in various real estate holding companies. He has been responsible for the development of over $250 million in properties including national corporate office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.

Mr. Turner directs the CRM organization including new project development, leasing, and financing negotiations. In addition, he heads the company’s facilities and asset management operations which provides on-site property management and outsources employees to both CRM owned properties and non-CRM properties in over 150 cities throughout the Southeastern United States.

Tom  Johnston, Sr. V.P. Development

In 1998, Mr. Johnston joined the CRM companies team with an extensive background in the development and operation of commercial and hotel properties that predates his tenure at CRM, after meeting and doing business with Mr. Turner.

Currently, Mr. Johnston's main involvement with CRM Development, Hospitality, Consulting and Management organizations focuses on all new project development, leasing, and financing negotiations.  Also, he works closely with the President and COO of two Lexington, KY based medical equipment and distribution companies, MedPro, Inc. and Vacumate, LLC, assisting with their financial and operational activities.
