All of our technicians are aware of proprietary information and are required to sign non-disclosure agreements for all proprietary accounts

Administrative services are also provided by CRM through our corporate headquarters. These services include invoice approval and processing, bidding for contracted services, contract review and recordkeeping. CRM will also provide Lease Administration services for all bank owned and leased properties. This includes CRM as Landlord (bank) representative which involves responding to complaints, responding to correspondence or notices from Landlords in leased properties, act as point of contact for all employees regarding facility related issues, maintain parking records and policies, obtain property licenses and certificates, manage move-in/move-out requirements, utility services, and process rent payments. CRM currently manages more than 600 leases in several states.
