Facilities Management owns, operates and/or manages over 5.2 million square feet of hotel, retail, and office space throughout 16 states. Included in this over 5 million square feet are five hotels encompassing 407 guest rooms within 387,000 square feet.

Our Hilton Brand Hampton Inn & Suites, located in Bluffton, South Carolina, is currently ranked 5th in the Country of all Hampton Hotels, and has received the prestigious Lighthouse Award for the past three years. Also, for the second year, our Hampton Inn & Suites has earned a spot on the Hampton Wall of Fame, a position only awarded to the hotels which scored in the top 15% of the brand, based on the sum of scores for: 1) Quality Assurance Inspections; 2) Overall Guest Survey Scores for Service; and 3) Overall Guest Survey Scores for Accommodations.

Our Choice Brand Sleep Inn, located in Lexington, Kentucky, is currently rated 9th in the Nation. Our Sleep Inn Hotel has won the prestigious Choice Gold Award four consecutive years and is the recent recipient of the prestigious Platinum Award.

CRM has also recently renovated the historic Gratz Park Inn located in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. The Gratz Park Inn attracts prominent guests from all over the world looking for upscale accommodations with southern charm. The Inn will welcome guests for the upcoming Ryder Cup and World Equestrian Games as well as continued, familiar faces during The Kentucky Derby and Keenland Races.
