CRM provides full-service management for residential and commercial condominiums. From janitorial and snow removal services to contracts and collections, all the basic maintenance and administrative requirements are administered and supervised by CRM. During each budget year, we monitor expenses closely and routinely obtain competitive bids to keep monthly dues to a minimum, while keeping the property in pristine condition. A routine presence on the property is essential for good management. CRM performs detailed property assessments on a routine basis and we make ourselves easily accessible for residents’ questions or concerns. As manager, CRM takes the role of custodian of the deed and bylaws and is responsible for the execution of service contracts. CRM attends Annual Board Meetings, provides project management, are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will customize other services as needed. Residents and/or owners receive monthly statements, and complete bookkeeping, accounts payable, collections and reporting are provided by CRM. All reporting, invoicing and other correspondence are provided via email or U.S. Postal Service.
